Shipping policy

International Shipping Policy – EU and Worldwide

We aim to process and ship international orders within two weeks using our standard shipping method. Please be aware that delivery times and availability can vary based on the destination country and the specific product ordered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries

We do our best to verify the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized by DPD or other service provider. If the address cannot be validated, we’ll reach out to you for a correction. If we’re unable to obtain an updated address, your order may be canceled and refunded.

SIA Nordik Nutrition is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a delivery is refused or undeliverable and the package cannot be recovered, we are unable to offer a refund. 

Shipping Process

We ship our products in EU with DPD, or other shipping services.
We offer free delivery on all orders over $100. In USA order are proceed via Amazon marketplace. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from the carrier about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Our products are shipped from the European Union, and in some countries, customs may require payment of duty tax.
  • We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
  • Sales tax and all the other delivery fees are included while making a purchase.

The delivery time depends on your country but within 1–7 days your order will be delivered. Product fulfillment does not exceed 14 business days.

Changing the Delivery Address

Please note that all orders are handled immediately and are automatically processed by the system. Hence, any changes in the delivery address after confirming the order are therefore no longer possible.

Once you have received the order confirmation and tracking details from the courier company, the change of delivery address is only possible by contacting the courier company directly. 

Please provide the tracking details for them to be able to look up your delivery.

Please note SIA Nordik Nutrition is not able to process, confirm nor guarantee the outcome of any such changes.

Responsibility & Delays

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page.
If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility on delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, network system failures or accidents.

Delays in delivery may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection.

We cannot take any responsibility for any circumstances occurring during customs process.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country.

We do not profit from these charges, and we work closely with carriers to try and avoid delays.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@norseedfood.com promptly so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
